About the Role
We are seeking an exceptionally capable Executive Business Partner to support our VP, GenAI Research at Google DeepMind. This role focuses on optimizing the VP's schedule and ensuring seamless execution of key tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Strategically manage a complex and constantly evolving schedule of meetings and events, coordinating across numerous time zones and stakeholders.
- →Gather and synthesize information to serve as the Leader's eyes and ears, ensuring informed decision-making.
- →Manage and support the Leader's priorities, anticipating challenges and problem-solving proactively.
- →Build and maintain trusted relationships with the Leader and their team.
- →Support key meetings by circulating agendas, capturing notes, and ensuring actions are complete.
- →Prepare and design presentations for internal meetings and refine internal communications.
- →Organize team-wide offsites, events, and socials.
- →Arrange frequent and complex travel for meetings and conferences.
- →Undertake financial and legal administration tasks.
- →Partner on key strategic projects with the GenAI senior leadership team.
Requirements
- ✓Highly organized with a proven track record in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- ✓Comfortable with ambiguity and able to anticipate problems with care.
- ✓Excellent communicator and active listener with a passion for supporting leaders.
- ✓Extensive experience in using the Google Suite and productivity enhancing methods.
- ✓Ability to act with discretion and diplomacy, remaining calm in stressful situations.
- ✓Naturally curious with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- ✓Expertise in managing stakeholder relationships and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- ✓Previous experience working with senior leaders in global organizations.
