About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Google DeepMind's North America team. This role involves driving end-to-end talent acquisition for research engineering and science positions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Operate as a full-life cycle recruiter for critical GDM businesses in North America
- →Navigate the offer process to close top tier global AI talent
- →Identify gaps in recruiting processes and develop solutions
- →Act as a strategic partner to business leaders
- →Represent GDM at external events to strengthen relationships
- →Develop talent acquisition strategies for the North American market
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record of end-to-end hiring across technical roles in the US market
- ✓Expertise in navigating the complex offer process
- ✓Consultative approach to ensure fair and equitable hiring
- ✓Interest in AI and Technology
- ✓Demonstrated ability to recognize and advocate for talent
- ✓Experience developing new hiring processes in the US tech market
- ✓Strong domain knowledge in AI/ML/Research talent acquisition
- ✓Success operating in unstructured environments
- ✓Track record of designing strategy and delivering impact
