About the Role
We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our GPTOps team at Delinea. This role focuses on designing, maintaining, and deploying scalable backend and cloud-based applications to power our AI operations service.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign, maintain, and deploy scalable and highly available backend and cloud-based applications using C#, Azure AI Foundry, and Kubernetes
- βImplement and manage load balancing solutions to ensure high availability and scalability of backend services
- βWork closely with the CloudOps team to ensure robust, secure, and efficient cloud operations
- βCollaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, UX, Dev) using Scrum processes to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions
- βParticipate in code reviews to ensure high-quality and maintainable code
- βOptimize backend applications and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
- βTroubleshoot and resolve cloud-production issues, ensuring the reliability and availability of our systems
- βContinuously improve development and automation processes, monitoring, and incident response
- βContribute to and improve the code, tooling, and techniques shared across Platform teams
Requirements
- βBachelorβs or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- β10+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a focus on backend/cloud development and C#
- βRelevant experience leading a team
- βStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and learn large code bases
- βProficiency in C#, Azure AI Foundry, and Kubernetes
- βExperience implementing and managing load balancing solutions
- βAffinity with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- βFamiliarity with platform AI libraries
- βExcellent communication and collaboration skills in English (written and oral), with the ability to work effectively with a globally distributed team
- βExperience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and automation testing
- βFamiliarity with cloud security principles and best practices
