About the Role
We are looking for a Senior API Support Specialist to join our Enterprise Delivery team at Deliverect. This role involves acting as the primary technical bridge between our platform and our global ecosystem of partners, focusing on API support, certifications, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the dedicated technical point of contact for North American SMB and Enterprise API partners, guiding them through the integration lifecycle
- →Manage the API ticketing helpdesk and email queues using tools like Zendesk or Jira
- →Oversee and optimize the partner certification process to ensure quality standards
- →Consult with partners to architect solutions for transitioning from legacy systems
- →Lead strategic project initiatives to enhance internal support processes
- →Monitor integration health proactively to identify and resolve issues
- →Collaborate with global API Support and TPM teams to share documentation and updates
- →Utilize Postman and other technical tools for API testing and troubleshooting
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in technical support, solutions consulting, or developer advocacy focused on B2B SaaS API integrations
- ✓Expert-level proficiency with Postman and hands-on experience with RESTful APIs
- ✓Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- ✓Experience managing ticketing workflows (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) and optimizing support processes
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- ✓Strategic thinking ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize high-impact accounts
