About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Regions team. This role focuses on supporting top-tier restaurant partners and driving growth in assigned cities.

Key Responsibilities

→Establish and maintain close relationships with top partners in the city
→Guide partners through their growth journey
→Evaluate, follow up and build reports of portfolio and KPIs periodically
→Draw and execute plans to help partners grow through promotions, marketing activations and menu performance
→Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with partners
→Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets
→Understand and follow up on churned and inactive partners
→Improve operational efficiency of partners by ensuring the best service to customers

Requirements

✓At least 2 years of experience in high-performance and fast-paced environments
✓Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus
✓Computer literate with good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office and Excel
✓Native Spanish and English skills
✓Strong commercial skills and customer obsession
✓Good communication and interpersonal skills
✓Project management abilities with critical-thinking
✓Data-driven mentality, taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment
