About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition Team at Delivery Hero for a 6-month fixed term contract. You will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, contributing to a positive workplace culture that values innovation and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage stakeholders by working closely with talent acquisition managers and hiring managers on hiring requests
- →Source and headhunt talent for niche roles using various sources including jobboards, referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- →Conduct candidate interviews, pitch Delivery Hero's value proposition, and provide feedback to candidates
- →Maintain operational excellence by updating spreadsheets and tools like our ATS SmartRecruiters
- →Perform data analysis and create reports using Tableau to reflect on hiring progress
Requirements
