About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team in managing and coordinating interviews, sourcing talent, and providing market insights.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage, plan, and coordinate interviews with multiple stakeholders, including the Executive team
- →Build strong relationships with team members to stay updated
- →Support the team with sourcing and identifying the best talent
- →Create market maps for critical roles across the business
- →Develop tools and templates to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience
- →Maintain sheets and reports on Google Sheets and Excel
- →Manage Workday to ensure all applications and offers are updated
- →Serve as the main point of contact for Executive level candidates
- →Participate in TA projects and initiatives to elevate the department
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Google Sheets and Excel
- ✓Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems
- ✓Strong organizational and coordination skills
- ✓Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- ✓Experience in talent acquisition or related field
