About the Role
We are looking for an On-Demand Service Partner Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing relationships with partners using our On-Demand delivery service, helping them grow their businesses through Glovo's platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor daily business performance of partners and help with ongoing issues
- →Own the relationship with partners for everything related to the On-Demand service
- →Support partners by working with other teams like Account Management, Sales, and Operations
- →Collect and share feedback from partners to improve our software and processes
- →Support defining medium and long-term strategy to achieve growth targets
- →Understand the local environment and adjust our product to market needs
- →Develop a well-rounded profile with commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills

Requirements
