We are seeking a Restaurant Growth Manager to drive growth and operational excellence for top restaurants. This role involves leveraging data insights, optimizing performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own strategic partner relationships end to end, including leading co-marketing efforts, confirming promotional and visibility plans, ensuring operational excellence
- →Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM. Tracking and reporting of performance metrics
- →Lead contract renegotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties
- →Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvements
- →Handle regular business reviews meetings with restaurant Partners, presenting data and insights in a compelling way
