About the Role
We are seeking a Small-Medium Business Account Executive to build and nurture relationships with small to medium-sized restaurant and café partners. This role involves helping partners grow their businesses on efood through tailored support, upselling opportunities, and strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMB restaurant partners, ensuring their long-term success.
- →Monitor business and sales KPIs, analyze performance data, and suggest strategic actions to enhance growth.
- →Identify opportunities to introduce efood’s services, promotions, and features to maximize partner success.
- →Onboard new partners, ensuring they understand the platform, tools, and best practices.
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring a seamless experience.
- →Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to partners.
- →Maintain accurate records, analyze performance metrics, and provide data-driven reports to management.
Requirements
