We are looking for a Nordic Support Consultant to join our team at Deloitte. This role involves providing high-level IT support to employees across the Nordic countries in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support employees in all the Nordic countries with diverse IT tasks
- →Assist with setting up computers and installation of software
- →Provide support to end-users by phone, ITSM, and physical inquiries
- →Identify and diagnose hardware and software issues
- →Develop documentation of processes and facilitate knowledge sharing
- →Work with technical issues and contribute to optimization of systems
