About the Role
We are looking for a UX Designer with around 2–3 years of experience to join Deloitte Digital. This hands-on role involves working alongside experienced designers, researchers, and technologists on real client challenges in a supportive, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Translate research into clear user flows, wireframes, and design systems
- →Sketch and prototype ideas across products, services, and platforms in various industries
- →Join workshops and contribute ideas, questions, and perspectives
- →Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and changing requirements
- →Present and rationalise design decisions to internal teams and clients
Requirements
- ✓Around 2–3 years of UX design experience
- ✓Comfortable exploring problems and open to feedback
- ✓Keen to sharpen both thinking and making skills
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- ✓Experience with user flows, wireframes, and design systems
