About the Role
DemandScience is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing marketing systems, data, and processes to ensure our marketing engine operates at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own day-to-day administration and optimization of marketing technology platforms
- →Ensure platforms are configured correctly to support campaign execution
- →Own lead flow architecture, including intake, enrichment, routing, and handoff to Sales
- →Monitor and maintain data quality across marketing and CRM systems
- →Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks
- →Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and SOPs for marketing operations processes
- →Establish QA standards and operational checks for campaigns
- →Work closely with Campaign Managers to ensure campaigns are operationally sound
- →Collaborate with Sales, SDR, and Revenue Operations teams
- →Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve system reliability
Requirements
- ✓5–8 years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Systems roles
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs
- ✓Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management, data governance, and funnel reporting
- ✓Experience building dashboards, reports, and operational metrics
- ✓Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations
- ✓Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple operational priorities
- ✓Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- ✓Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
