About the Role
We are looking for a UX Content Designer to join our Communications team at Decolar. This role focuses on creating and optimizing user communication journeys across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and systematize communications for in-app experiences and end-to-end user journeys
- →Build and optimize complete communication journeys
- →Constantly experiment with metrics, ETR, CTR, Open Rate, and analyze communication impact
- →Drive cross-selling strategies through communications and relevant in-app features
Requirements
- ✓Strong analytical capabilities: data processing, metrics, and systems
- ✓Systemic thinking: ability to see the complete flow and understand how each part impacts the journey
- ✓Proactivity to experiment, test, and continuously optimize
- ✓Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies
- ✓Proven experience in in-app content design and communication journey building
- ✓Ability to systematize communications and create end-to-end flows
- ✓Experience with metrics, results analysis, and experimentation
- ✓Experience working with Figma
- ✓Spanish language skills for communication design for ARG and multicultural team collaboration (required)
