About the Role

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join the Tolling services team at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary. This role involves leading Agile teams in developing and operating electronic road charging solutions for international customers.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead Agile Teams in PI Planning, ensuring readiness and setting clear, achievable goals
→Facilitate the creation of SMART PI objectives and help to identify and track risks and impediments
→Optimize team flow by establishing performance metrics and driving continuous process improvement
→Build high-performing, collaborative teams that deliver strong business outcomes
→Ensure that all scrum events take place and are positive, productive and kept within the established timebox
→Collaborate with product owners to manage the backlog and help teams ask the right questions to stakeholders
→Redefine Definition of Done/Ready to help teams work on the needed goals
→Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
→Contribute to the resolution of technical issues within the team
→Support DevOps concepts for teams to be strongly independent and self-improving
