Key Responsibilities
- βAnalyze customer requirements and propose application architecture including REST API OAS, database structure, and native cloud development approaches
- βPerform complex business analysis to build application functionality that is easy to maintain and extend
- βDevelop backend applications or microservices using Java Spring Boot or other Java frameworks
- βParticipate in application modernization, refactoring, and transitioning from monolith to microservice architecture
- βDevelop and run automated tests at various application levels
- βWrite and update complex technical and business logic documentation
- βMaintain applications and support bug fixing
- βPrepare GitLab CI/CD pipelines with DevOps engineers
- βPerform deployments on cloud infrastructure and handle release management
- βPrepare and perform data migrations
- βContribute to the knowledge base of developers
- βMake proposals for process optimization
- βProactively manage problem solving and root cause analysis
- βMentor junior and medior developers
Requirements
- βExperience with Java Spring Boot or other Java application development frameworks
- βStrong understanding of REST API design and implementation
- βKnowledge of database design and document database structures
- βExperience with native cloud development approaches
- βFamiliarity with microservices architecture and monolith to microservice transition
- βAbility to develop and run automated tests
- βExperience with technical documentation (e.g., UML)
- βUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- βExperience with cloud infrastructure and deployment processes
- βSkills in data migration
- βAbility to contribute to knowledge sharing and process optimization
- βExperience in mentoring junior and medior developers
