About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Designer to join our international team at Deutsche Telekom Group. You will play a key role in creating greenfield software for one of our most important projects, impacting 30 million customers who will use our product to request Fiber network services and track installation progress.

Key Responsibilities

→Create and validate business requirements through User Stories, focusing on customer needs and business value
→Decompose business requirements into development-ready User Stories with functional requirements
→Perform detailed business analysis to enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
→Describe processes using User Stories
→Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Management, and System Engineering to align User Story designs
→Evaluate business models and integrate them into technology solutions
→Ensure quality of software products from a business perspective
→Work closely with Product Owners, system designers, and DevOps teams
→Identify interface partners and critical non-functional requirements
→Analyze and align REST APIs using mappings tables
