About the Role
We are seeking a Product Designer to drive the vision and execution of high-impact design solutions. This role involves leading design initiatives, mentoring team members, and shaping the user experience strategy across products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end design processes for complex projects, from discovery to delivery
- →Ensure design consistency and quality across the entire product(s)
- →Partner with leadership to define product vision, user experience goals, and design strategies
- →Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless design implementation
- →Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and advocate for user needs
- →Contribute to and evolve the design system, setting standards for consistency, scalability, and accessibility
- →Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers
- →Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to improve design processes and deliverables
