About the Role
We are looking for a ServiceNow SysAdmin / Developer to join our team and play a key role in the management, maintenance, and continuous evolution of the ServiceNow platform for our client. You will be the backbone of the platform’s health, ensuring it runs smoothly while implementing the technical improvements that drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- →Platform Administration: Manage daily operations, including monitoring, scheduled jobs, and MID Server maintenance.
- →Integration Management: Oversee and optimize critical integrations (AD/LDAP, SSO, CMDB, and HR feeds).
- →Support & Troubleshooting: Provide N2/N3 support for critical incidents and platform glitches.
- →Development & Evolution: Build and deploy small enhancements via Update Sets and scripting (JavaScript).
- →Security & Compliance: Lead security audits (ACLs, roles, SSL certificates, and recertifications) to ensure a bulletproof environment.
- →Automation: Streamline recurring tasks using Flow Designer and Scripted REST APIs.
- →Reporting & Documentation: Create monthly technical reports and maintain updated runbooks and documentation.
