Key Responsibilities
- βAnalyze and understand each recruitment need
- βManage the entire recruitment process, from selection to integration, including candidate closing and pre-boarding
- βBuild a pipeline of qualified candidates and nurture this talent pool
- βIdentify and engage passive candidates using all available recruitment strategies and tools
- βPresent candidate profiles to decision-making bodies
- βEstablish contractual elements
- βPromote the Devoteam employer brand
