About the Role

We are looking for an IAM Tech Lead to join our team. This role focuses on leading the Identity and Access Management practice.

Key Responsibilities

→Define the vision and roadmap for the Identity practice (IAM, PAM, IAG)
→Structure and industrialize offers (diagnostic, scoping, build, run)
→Lead the internal community (rituals, monitoring, sharing, expert groups)
→Serve as the internal technical reference for market solutions
→Maintain relationships with publishers (monitoring, certifications, co-construction of offers)
→Contribute to the technical partnership strategy
→Support pre-sales: qualification, response to tenders, support
→Write technical proposals and participate in selection committees
→Represent the technical side with strategic clients
→Intervene on high-value missions: scoping, expertise, audit, architecture
→Launch and secure the start of missions
→Ensure client satisfaction and quality of deliverables

Requirements

✓Expertise in IAM, PAM, IAG technologies
✓Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Saviynt, One Identity, Usercube
✓Strong leadership and community management skills
✓Experience in pre-sales and business development
✓Ability to work on high-value missions
