About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to join our team at DevRev. This role involves coordinating the candidate journey through interviews, offers, and hiring processes, with a focus on providing a best-in-class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- βPartner closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to drive candidates through the interview, offer, and hiring process.
- βManage complex scheduling for remote and in-person interviews across global time zones, including travel when needed.
- βAct as the point of contact and advocate for candidates throughout the process, ensuring clear, timely communication.
- βPrioritize and manage multiple Talent Partners and candidates while providing world-class service.
- βCollect and organize interviewer feedback after each conversation so Talent Partners have the data to move candidates forward quickly.
- βKeep ATS records accurate and up to date, with strong data hygiene and attention to detail.
- βSupport the Talent team on procedure, process, and project improvements.
- βBring positive energy, a collaborative mindset, and a lean-in attitude to meet SLAs and team objectives every day.
Requirements
- β2+ years in recruiting coordination or high-volume scheduling for global teams.
- βExcellent written and spoken English with clear, professional communication.
- βStrength in calendars, time zones, and conflict resolution under shifting priorities.
- βATS experience, ideally Greenhouse, plus strong Google Workspace and Slack skills.
- βA proactive, outcomes-driven approach and high ownership of details.
