Main responsibilities :

Building relationships with a portfolio of key clients

Managing contract renewals
β’
Identifying and acting on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet targets

Acting as a consultant on the product and accompanying clients using the products
β’
Monitoring KPIs for business cases and product use
Requirements :
Minimum qualifications:
β’ 5 years of proven track record in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role in the enterprise software space
β’ Experience selling Software as a Service SaaS (SaaS)
β’ Consistent over-achiever of quota and revenue goals
β’ Proficient in using CRM software to manage sales activities and maintain detailed records of all sales interactions
β’ Native German, fluent English
Desired Skills:
β’ Demonstrated ability to independently build and manage a territory plan andβ―β―aligning complex product solutions with specific customer needs.
β’ Experience collaborating with executive stakeholder across large, organization, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a relentless focus on achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base
β’ Ability to manage a wide ecosystem
