About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join our team at Directive, a revenue-first marketing consultancy serving B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, industrial, and commerce brands. You will be responsible for building and maintaining Directive's visual identity, producing ad creative for paid programs, and designing sales materials for enterprise prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Steward and evolve Directive's visual identity across all touchpoints
- →Build and maintain a scalable design system for three divisions and multiple industry verticals
- →Design and produce static ad units for LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic display
- →Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns for social advertising platforms
- →Design pitch decks, proposal templates, one-pagers, and case study presentations
- →Build reusable sales enablement assets for the growth team
- →Develop division-specific collateral within the Directive brand system
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of professional design experience in an agency, professional services, or B2B marketing environment
- ✓A portfolio showing range across brand work and performance creative
- ✓Demonstrated experience designing for paid social platforms
- ✓1–2 years of motion graphics and short-form video production experience
- ✓Experience designing sales and pitch materials for a professional services or B2B context
- ✓Expert level with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- ✓Proficiency with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- ✓Experience with Figma, A/B testing, and CRO tools
- ✓Familiarity with generative AI and project management tools
