About the Role
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Directive Consulting, a leading B2B performance marketing agency. This role requires strong operational, technical, and client-facing experience to help deliver world-class execution within our Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations practice.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage internal team workflows, performance, and prioritization
- →Build and maintain Asana project plans and workflows
- →Conduct Harvest project setups and monitor time allocation
- →Lead weekly internal and client-facing leadership syncs
- →Own key client relationships as the primary or secondary point of contact
- →Support audits across CRM/MAP environments and reporting infrastructure
- →Translate technical insights into actionable recommendations
- →Collaborate with Account Strategists/Directors to identify cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
- ✓3-5+ years of client-facing RevOps, Marketing Ops, or program management experience
- ✓Managed teams for a minimum of 2-3 years
- ✓Experience with Asana, Harvest, and RevOps/MarOps platforms
- ✓Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client relationships
- ✓Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- ✓Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
- ✓Proactive, detail-oriented, data-driven mindset
