Account Executive at Distro

We are looking for an experienced, high-energy HR Business Consultant (Account Executive) to join our team and help us bring modern hiring and talent acquisition technology to more customers. What You Will Do - Run the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and closing. - Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to understand their hiring challenges and present our platform as a meaningful solution. - Manage a healthy pipeline of both high-velocity deals and longer strategic opportunities. - Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to share insights and support growth. - Represent the company with professionalism, curiosity, and a strong value-driven approach. What You Bring - 3 to 7 or more years of successful SaaS sales experience, ideally in HR tech, recruiting software, ATS platforms, or talent acquisition solutions. - A strong track record of consistently exceeding quotas and closing mid-market to enterprise deals. - Experience selling to HR and Talent Acquisition leaders including CHROs, Heads of People, Talent Directors, and Hiring Managers. - Comfort operating in a full-cycle B2B sales role that includes both outbound and inbound opportunities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, or similar platforms. - Understanding of HR and recruiting workflows is a strong plus.
