About the Role
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to support financial and administrative operations. This remote position offers both full-time and part-time schedules with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prepare and send client agreements via DocuSign, maintaining a log of contract status
- →Create and send invoices in QuickBooks Online, track payments, and send reminders
- →Enter client and project information into CRM systems like PipeDrive and keep records updated
- →Assist with digital filing and organization of client records
- →Coordinate with internal team to align contracts and payments with campaign timelines
- →Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned during low workflow periods
Requirements
- ✓English proficiency at B2 level
- ✓Minimum 6 months experience as a Virtual Assistant or in similar roles
- ✓Minimum 6 months experience with QuickBooks Online
- ✓Experience working remotely
- ✓Experience with DocuSign (preferred)
- ✓Experience with PipeDrive or similar CRM systems (preferred)
