About the Role
Kids Empire is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant – Travel Coordinator to support operations by managing travel arrangements and administrative tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for someone organized, resourceful, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate travel arrangements for corporate and field teams, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
- →Maintain accurate travel schedules and communicate travel details to stakeholders
- →Handle booking changes, urgent travel requests, and troubleshoot travel issues
- →Track travel expenses and ensure compliance with company travel policies
- →Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Management to anticipate travel needs for openings, trainings, and events
- →Build and maintain relationships with travel vendors to secure optimal pricing and accommodations
- →Keep organized records of travel requests, confirmations, and receipts
- →Provide general administrative support to the Operations team as needed
Requirements
- ✓1–3 years of experience in logistics, travel coordination, administrative roles, or travel agencies
- ✓High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- ✓Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- ✓Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced environments
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- ✓Customer-service oriented with a solution-focused mindset
- ✓Must reside in a city with a Kids Empire site
- ✓English level: C1
- ✓Flexible schedule with weekend availability
