About the Role
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with healthcare IT experience to provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. This role involves remote troubleshooting, ticket management, and user guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze and resolve technical incidents using remote access tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Desktop
- →Identify root causes of problems
- →Register, prioritize, and document each request in the ticketing system
- →Ensure follow-up until resolution and communicate progress to users
- →Provide advice and guidance to users on using solutions
- →Coordinate on-site support engineers or specialists when needed
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- ✓3 to 5 years of experience in IT systems in the healthcare sector
- ✓Basic English proficiency
- ✓Knowledge of SQL Developer, SOAPS, JAVA, Wildfly, Oracle DDBB, Windows Server
- ✓Results-oriented, teamwork, productivity, decision-making, and customer-focused skills
