About the Role
We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our team in Cancún QROO, with mobility to Merida and Campeche. This role focuses on installing, maintaining, and servicing medical diagnostic equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Install, perform corrective and preventive maintenance on in vitro diagnostic devices
- →Notify immediate supervisor or Specialist Engineer about recurring instrument failures promptly
- →Identify and report analyzers, instruments, modules, and parts under warranty with necessary evidence
- →Prepare and record service reports in SAP for all activities, attaching documentation as required
- →Conduct diagnostic visits to generate repair quotes and preventive maintenance policies
- →Attend scheduled training or courses for proper job performance based on regional needs
- →Identify and report tecnovigilance situations requiring follow-up and training needs affecting equipment use
- →Maintain confidentiality of company/client/product information and implement company policies
- →Be available for shift rotation
Requirements
- ✓Completed bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, mechatronics engineering, or similar
- ✓1 year of experience with medical diagnostic equipment or medical equipment
- ✓B1 level English proficiency
