About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Manager – APAC to help our largest multinational clients unlock sustainable growth across the region. This role focuses on analyzing market trends and client performance to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for payment localization and regional expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze market trends, merchant performance, and financial metrics across APAC to identify concrete growth opportunities
- →Build clear, data-driven presentations and business reviews for senior client stakeholders
- →Partner with Growth, Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to design recommendations on payment localization and regional expansion strategies
- →Join client meetings with global MNCs, contributing to discovery, solution framing, and follow-ups
- →Support prospecting activities, including researching target accounts and preparing outreach lists
- →Learn and apply sales fundamentals, with increasing ownership of smaller opportunities
- →Contribute to scalable playbooks, dashboards, and templates for growth analyses
- →Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate growth initiatives and ensure smooth execution
- →Act as a cultural bridge across APAC markets, bringing structured local insights into regional growth strategy
Requirements
- ✓Ability to interpret and work with data, including analyzing large datasets and using BI tools
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders
- ✓Client-centric approach with enthusiasm for working with global tech and internet companies
- ✓Interest in learning B2B sales fundamentals and evidence of proactive initiative
- ✓Adaptability and cross-cultural sensitivity, ideally with international exposure or time spent in APAC markets
- ✓Proven experience working in teams and openness to feedback
- ✓Advanced English (mandatory); additional Asian languages are a plus.
