About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This role focuses on meeting and exceeding revenue targets by making pitches to key decision makers at CXO levels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets by making pitches/presentations to key decision makers at CXO levels
- →Create, maintain, and execute a business plan for the assigned accounts
- →Implements marketing strategies by analyzing trends, market mapping, and competitor analysis
- →Drives field sales strategy to ensure a strong sales pipeline
- →Maps allocated accounts and builds strong work relationships with clients
- →Acts as a product expert, leveraging internal knowledge to build trust and respect
- →Ensures highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered to
- →Organizes and attends theme-based events which cater to CXO/CFO Level individuals
- →Always ensures process adherence for error-free timely delivery of projects
- →Liaises with the operations team for a smooth delivery of the product
- →Maintains data/client contact details in appropriate data warehouses
- →Files Progress Reviews and Forecasting Reports periodically
- →Works cohesively with other team members under the direct supervision of Enterprise Sales Leader
- →Creates an atmosphere of trust and transparency within the team

Requirements
- ✓MBA or any relevant post-graduation with minimum experience of 5+ years in Corporate/B2B sales
- ✓Strong Influencing and collaboration skills to leverage relationships across stakeholders
- ✓Good thought Leadership for driving regional strategies
- ✓Highly articulate with excellent business communication skills
- ✓Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort.
