About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Dun & Bradstreet. This role focuses on new customer acquisition and business development within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead new customer acquisition initiatives within the designated territory
- →Responsible for new customer acquisition in assigned territory and reporting of daily sales activity
- →Business development & relationship building with corporates and signing MOUs with them for various reports
- →Organizing theme-based events and ensuring participation of CXO/CFO level contacts
- →Ensure process adherence at all times and error-free timely delivery of projects
- →Liaising with the operations team for smooth delivery of the end product
- →Maintaining the data/client contact details in appropriate data warehouses
- →Progress reviews and forecasting reports are filed periodically as required by management
- →Regular update of all activities in the tools provided and track the movement of all such activities
Requirements
- ✓Graduate/post-graduate with 3 to 7 years of experience in new business development
- ✓Experience managing B2B sales with C-Level executives
- ✓Good excel hygiene is mandatory
- ✓Excellent communication & probing skills
- ✓Experience in cracking sales closures primarily in the mid & large-corporate segment
- ✓Strong client orientation, with the ability to understand, manage, and exceed client expectations consistently
- ✓Willingness to work from the office five days a week
