About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Docebo. This role focuses on transforming business relationships into "raving fan" partnerships by helping global brands achieve their learning goals using our AI-powered platform.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the entire customer retention strategy by proactively reducing churn, driving deep product adoption, and improving satisfaction scores.
→Act as a trusted advisor, educating and inspiring customers with industry best practices and creative solutions to their business problems.
→Become a certified expert at our technology, demonstrating new features and configuring the product to meet high-level presentation needs.
→Partner with customers to define, track, and achieve their success KPIs throughout their journey with Docebo.
→Identify potential roadblocks early and implement strategies to ensure a smooth, risk-free customer experience.
→Turn satisfied users into vocal brand advocates who participate in marketing initiatives and share their success stories.
→Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to identify up-sell opportunities.

Requirements

✓Proven track record of managing a renewable book of business within the SaaS world, specifically within the e-learning or L&D industry.
✓Professional fluency in both Italian and English, with the ability to navigate complex business discussions.
✓Ability to use logic, data analysis, and wisdom to make sound decisions and provide innovative solutions.
✓Solid grasp of enterprise systems (SSO, CRM, ERP, HRIS) and foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
✓Ability to balance high-level business objectives with deep human empathy.
✓Expertise in delivering technical presentations and explaining complex products.
✓Ability to analyze usage metrics and data to drive meaningful conversations and strategic objectives.
✓Comfortable navigating CRM tools, with a preference for those who know Salesforce.
