About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager GP to join our team at Doctolib in Milan. This role focuses on onboarding and account management for general practitioners (GPs) using our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the onboarding of GPs, coordinating implementation and initial training activities
- →Ensure proper adoption of the Doctolib product and all its functionalities
- →Provide continuous support to clients in patient management and daily operational flows
- →Monitor usage levels and satisfaction (NPS), intervening promptly in case of issues
- →Handle routine contractual requests ensuring quick and accurate responses
- →Manage cancellation requests implementing retention actions to minimize churn
- →Document activities and interactions on Salesforce ensuring traceability and data quality
- →Stay updated on all product updates, promoting the use of all features and reporting feedback from GPs to internal teams
- →Collaborate with sales, customer support, and technical support teams to ensure the best customer experience
Requirements
- ✓Approximately 2 years of experience in customer-oriented roles such as customer service, account management, or customer support
- ✓Proactive and organized approach to work
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills, finding creative solutions
- ✓High level of teamwork
- ✓Strong interpersonal communication skills
- ✓Fluent Italian and intermediate English
