About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Growth Team within the Business Performance Domain at Doctolib. As a Senior Software Engineer, your mission will be to work on Doctolib's growth, focusing on developing excellent user experiences, trial sessions, and clear value propositions for our products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features that improve healthcare access for patients.
- →Take a leading role within the team and contribute to establishing a technical vision that ensures the performance, security, and usability of the application.
- →Apply your expertise to continuously improve how we design, implement, test, and monitor high-quality features.
- →Enhance the performance of key features implemented in Kotlin, React, and Ruby on Rails.
- →Ensure the seamless creation of new services and monitoring thereafter using Kubernetes.
- →Take leadership in delivering roadmap items.
Requirements

- ✓Full-stack developer with strong knowledge of both backend and frontend.
