About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Preventive & Continuous Care Companion team at Doctolib. Your mission will be to help Doctolib reinforce its position as a continuous health partner by building high-quality products that empower users to achieve their health goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaboratively design, implement, and maintain high-quality solutions delivering value to users
- →Implement best practices to maintain and improve engineering and operational excellence
- →Proactively monitor system health by measuring SLIs, defining SLOs, and maintaining alerts
- →Continuously build domain knowledge and influence outside of the team
- →Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback during pair programming sessions
Requirements
- ✓In-depth knowledge of the JVM ecosystem (Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot)
- ✓Familiarity with Domain Driven Design
- ✓Advocate for pair and mob programming
- ✓Product-oriented with experience guiding teammates on tradeoffs
- ✓Experience in monitoring system health and contributing to its improvement
- ✓Familiarity with distributed systems patterns and microservices architecture
