About the Role
We are looking for an NLP Engineer to join our Productivity squad at Doctrine. This role focuses on developing and maintaining NLP models to help our clients in the legal industry be more productive, with a focus on document analysis, automated document generation, and strategic argumentation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop NLP models (based on Machine Learning or other approaches) to help clients improve productivity
- →Maintain and monitor models in production
- →Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to identify new product development opportunities
- →Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices within the ML chapter
- →Help other engineers in the team develop their skills
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience in building products based on NLP, including named entity recognition, text classification, text summarization, topic modeling, and content generation
- ✓Strong knowledge of machine learning, particularly deep learning models
- ✓Ability to quickly deliver prototypes in a product-centric environment
- ✓Strong interest in AI topics
- ✓Desire to identify, analyze, and implement the latest scientific advances in production
- ✓Strong Python development skills, with a focus on algorithm development
- ✓Proficiency in both French and English
