We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join DolarApp, a mission-driven startup revolutionizing access to dollar-based financial solutions across Latin America. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems that power innovative products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build agentic infrastructure to power operations

- →Implement TDD, DDD, and continuous integration & delivery
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience as a software engineer
- ✓3+ years of engineering with Python as primary language
- ✓Hands-on experience designing and building distributed systems in Python
- ✓Experience working with Postgres or other relational databases
- ✓Academic background in STEM
- ✓Quick learner with an ambitious and results-driven personality
- ✓Excellent communication skills with English fluency
