About the Role
DriveWealth is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability and performance of our Brokerage-as-a-Service platform. This role requires supporting 7/24 operations and managing technical challenges to optimize system performance globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement workflow enhancements focusing on automation and efficiency
- →Handle technical escalations and troubleshoot complex FIX and API connectivity issues
- →Participate in on-call rotations during non-traditional hours
- →Adhere to and administer incident and change management policies
- →Coordinate incident resolution efforts and implement change management protocols
- →Work closely with the Lithuania office to align SRE practices across time zones
- →Design, implement, and maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions
- →Partner with product and engineering teams to define Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in a senior SRE role or similar position
- ✓Knowledge of FIX protocol and messages
- ✓Familiarity with REST APIs and API integration
- ✓Proficient in Python and automation scripting
- ✓Expertise in SQL and transactional databases
- ✓Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- ✓Knowledge of core networking concepts
- ✓Familiarity with cloud (AWS) and co-location systems
- ✓Availability for flexible work hours and US markets trading sessions
- ✓Knowledge of change management processes
