About the Role
The Talent Brand team at Dropbox helps shape the company's employer brand by creating compelling stories and campaigns that attract creative talent. As the Talent Brand Creative & Campaigns Lead, you will lead the narrative development for Dropbox's Talent Brand, leveraging AI technology and working with agency partners to create global and localized campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead creative direction and content strategy across global and localized Talent Brand campaigns
- →Create social content and guide stakeholder alignment for Talent Brand campaigns
- →Lead the full storytelling pipeline from ideation to creative asset development
- →Develop and manage the employee advocacy program
- →Shape the Talent Community engagement strategy
- →Partner with Brand & Insights to ensure creative is insight-backed
- →Lead Poland market strategy, ensuring localized creative and campaigns
- →Ensure narrative consistency across all channels
- →Manage creative workflows and agencies
- →Prepare for AI-enabled creative scale
Requirements
- ✓At least 6 years experience in creative strategy, content development, or brand storytelling
- ✓Strong writing, concepting, and narrative development skills
- ✓Experience building social media content for brand storytelling
- ✓Experience developing integrated campaigns
- ✓Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and creative workflows
- ✓Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills
- ✓Data-aware approach to creativity
- ✓Experience using AI tools for creative purposes
