About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our team at DRW, a diversified trading firm with over 3 decades of experience. You will support software development teams and bridge business needs with technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage intake of new initiatives and document requirements
- →Define and own the team roadmap in collaboration with team leads and product owners
- →Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners
- →Maintain readiness during delivery by tracking and resolving blockers
- →Track execution with available metrics and adjust timelines as needed
Requirements
- ✓5+ years as a Technical Product Manager or equivalent supporting software development teams
- ✓Background in business analysis or business systems analysis
- ✓Demonstrated ability to facilitate intake and manage competing priorities
- ✓Proficient in Agile methodologies and tooling
- ✓Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
