About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Designer to join Visa's Consumer Product Design Team. This experienced individual will be responsible for designing usable, accessible, and engaging user experiences for Visa's growing digital product ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Advocate for the customer in all design decisions
- →Design usable, accessible and engaging digital experiences
- →Define the overall design approach for supported products
- →Exercise independent judgment with minimal direction
- →Collaborate with cross-functional product and business teams
- →Capture requirements, design flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- →Document designs and consult with engineers
- →Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff
- →Advance business objectives through design
Requirements
- ✓Hands-on proficiency designing high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma
- ✓Ability to create designs from rough mockups to polished artifacts
- ✓Subject matter expertise in Interaction Design
- ✓Experience launching world-class digital products
- ✓Strong problem-solving and visual thinking skills
- ✓Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- ✓Fully fluent in English
- ✓An online portfolio demonstrating outstanding product and system thinking
