About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to join DualEntry, a fast-growing AI startup revolutionizing the ERP market. This role involves leading the creation of intuitive UI/UX experiences for finance and accounting teams.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn the end-to-end design of the DualEntry platform from web to mobile
- βTranslate complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces
- βCreate and evolve a scalable component-based design system in Figma
- βWork closely with product and engineering to ship quickly and iterate often
- βConduct user research and apply insights to improve usability
- βHelp define our design culture and improve product development speed
- βMentor other designers as we scale the team
Requirements
- β8+ years designing complex SaaS products end-to-end
- βDeep experience with Figma and scalable design systems
- βStrong UX thinking, interaction design, and attention to visual detail
- βComfort working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- βAbility to make fast, pragmatic decisions
- βBonus if you have experience designing fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS tools
