About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Duffel, a travel technology company rebuilding the infrastructure of the travel industry. This role focuses on maximizing customers' use of Duffel's technology and ensuring a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the day-to-day relationship with assigned strategic business customers
- →Communicate proactively with customers to maximize the use of our services and solutions
- →Analyze customers' needs and suggest upgrades or additional features
- →Provide product and commercial performance reports to improve customer use of Duffel’s solutions
- →Develop KPIs with partners to measure and analyze business and technical performance
- →Champion product needs within Duffel to inform technology strategy and roadmap
- →Attend industry events to grow Duffel brand awareness
Requirements
- ✓5+ years helping enterprise customers maximize the value of a software or technology product
- ✓Track record of expanding customer relationships and reducing churn
- ✓Experience working at a rapidly scaling startup
- ✓Experience supporting implementation activities
- ✓Track record of answering and solving product-related questions
- ✓Ability to handle diverse responsibilities and work independently
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Strong analytical and project management skills
- ✓Experience working in cross-functional teams
- ✓Experience driving customer feedback to shape product roadmap
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
