About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact, strategic, and "player-coach" to oversee Demand Generation to lead our growth engine. This role is designed for a versatile marketing leader who can bridge the gap between creative campaign production and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a dedicated Marketing Operations Manager handling day-to-day HubSpot workflows and lead scoring
- →Architect complex digital funnels and act as a day-to-day production manager of our creative agency
- →Own the annual and quarterly demand generation plan, working closely with our head of field marketing
- →Direct the "production" side of marketing, producing and localizing high-quality assets
- →Manage and mentor a Marketing Operations Manager, overseeing the health of the tech stack
- →Act as a liaison to Sales leadership and represent Demand globally
Requirements
- ✓8–12 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, with global experience
- ✓Technical proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce
- ✓Proven ability to manage direct reports (specifically in Marketing Ops) and agency partners
- ✓Experience with multi-touch attribution, digital platforms, and LinkedIn Campaigns
