About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team at Easol. This role focuses on driving efficient pipeline generation through performance marketing and ABM programs, while also managing key owned-channel levers like email, SEO, and website optimization.

Key Responsibilities

→Own pipeline generation through performance marketing and ABM programs
→Build and optimize full-funnel performance marketing across channels including Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
→Manage all campaign execution, including setup, optimization, and measurement
→Design and execute ABM programs aligned with Sales priorities
→Own email marketing and lifecycle programs to support acquisition and pipeline acceleration
→Drive SEO strategy and execution to increase qualified organic traffic
→Own ongoing website optimization to improve conversion rates
→Diagnose and improve the full funnel from first touch through to pipeline creation
→Own the experimentation and CRO roadmap
→Partner closely with Sales to align on target accounts and pipeline goals

Requirements

✓5-6 years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience
✓2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably sales-led
✓Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing, attribution, and funnel metrics
✓Hands-on experience with lifecycle/email marketing
✓Working expertise in SEO and website conversion optimization
✓High analytical rigor and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
✓Excellent project management skills
✓Strong attention to detail and a bias toward action
