About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to make Lightcast data easily consumable across major platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery. This role combines technical expertise with product management to deliver reliable data products and drive customer adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain expertise in Lightcast data products and platform integrations
- →Own and manage the product backlog, translating requirements into epics and user stories
- →Operate and optimize data listings across Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and S3
- →Define and enforce data contracts including schemas and versioning
- →Partner with Security, Legal, and Governance teams to ensure compliance
- →Coordinate product launches and manage incident triage
- →Monitor data quality and set thresholds for reliability
- →Drive platform expansion by increasing listings and supported platforms
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ✓1–2 years of experience as Technical Product Manager or Solutions Architect
- ✓Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery sharing models
- ✓Working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, orchestration, and versioning
- ✓Familiarity with observability tools and governance frameworks
- ✓Proven ability to deliver reliable, compliant data products
- ✓Experience with agile methodology and roadmap execution
- ✓Strong technical writing skills for documentation
- ✓Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
