About the Role
We are looking for a Sustainability Business Development Representative to join EcoVadis. This role focuses on engaging companies to leverage EcoVadis solutions for sustainable business practices in global supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage with prospects across the Benelux and UK markets via phone, email, and webinars to articulate the strategic business value of EcoVadis Sustainability Ratings
- →Proactively nurture leads to maximize conversion rates and revenue
- →Act as a CSR expert to mitigate risks and dismantle barriers to the EcoVadis evaluation process
- →Manage tasks efficiently while maintaining commercial awareness to spot new business opportunities
- →Own results across key metrics including conversion rates, outbound call volume, and pipeline velocity
- →Capture and record insights and report to Team Leader, Management, and other EcoVadis business units
Requirements
- ✓Experience in value-based selling and consultative objection handling
- ✓Strong understanding of sustainability and corporate social responsibility
- ✓Ability to manage high volumes with low average contract values
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Experience working with global supply chains and sustainability practices
