About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and autonomous candidate to lead our European team of 7 members based in Barcelona. You will manage a team responsible for driving value perception and revenue growth across the EcoVadis network.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, coach, and motivate the European team to exceed revenue targets through effective upselling and value-selling techniques
- →Oversee content strategies, including webinars and targeted campaigns
- →Facilitate training and enablement sessions to equip the team for success
- →Drive efficiency by monitoring team activity and outreach quality through data-driven insights
- →Manage resource allocation across European markets
- →Produce technical performance reports for stakeholders
- →Optimize workflows through CRM/Salesforce automation and process improvements
- →Act as the "voice of Expansion" by aligning regional initiatives with internal stakeholders
- →Proactively identify new revenue opportunities
- →Share best practices and escalate market feedback to internal business units
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in team leadership and revenue growth
- ✓Strong understanding of upselling and value-selling techniques
- ✓Experience with CRM and Salesforce
